Three weeks ago, I required a diagnostic for a roof/window leak at my commercial rental property which is open six days/evenings a week. Ivan accommodated by coming by when the business was closed to do the diagnostic, determine the solution and provided an estimate. Turns out the solution was a quick fix and the estimate was very reasonable only requiring about an hour work. Notwithstanding, the fact that this was very small job, Ivan promised he would work around his busy schedule, mine and the weather to get this done for me as soon as possible. Showed up again a week later after a long day at another job to fix the leak (all is good now). Young, energetic, knowledgeable, dependable, personable and professional. I would definitely use his services again and recommend them to others.
