I contacted tom regarding puting in a basement suite in my unfinished basement from the beginning tom was helpful with the design and layout and knowledge of the codes to conform to city regulations. The job was well managed and was ran efficiently and was completed ahead of schedule and under budget I was quite happy with the level of quality as I tend to be very picky I would highly recommend grindstone again as they will be doing my kitchen for me in the new year Thanks again tom for the great work
