Mr. Jason and his wife have started their company after years of working for another snow removal company, and when they approached us, we found that they should be given a chance. Their pleasant character and the commitment they showed made our choice. They were very helpful removing the snow twice in one day in October 2023, and offered great help prior to that cleaning the garden and back yard and collecting leaves that was an amazing job. They communicated with us on whats'up and briefed us on daily basis about when they will come and what they will do, that helped us schedule our time. Thanks to this team. Moreover, they do have a special rate for elderly people 65 years and above. As it's the first month of the winter season, I have given them 4 out of five, otherwise they might achieved 5/5.
