Richard responded very quickly to our request for a quote, and was very informative during the initial consultation and site visit. He was friendly, honest and easy to talk to. We appreciated the follow up call from Richard to see if we had any additional questions. There was no pressure to buy. When it came time to install, he and his staff, Eric, arrived on time and got straight to work. They came prepared to protect the floor from any damage while moving out the old furnace and bringing in the new one. They were finished and on their way in about 4 hours.
