During the Christmas season of 2007 we were looking for a gas grill. We oringinally went to the new Lowes in Medford but they did not have any and called the Peobody store to make sure they had the one in stock. The store was very busy but they took the time to call and have the other store hold the item for us until we were able to get there. I would buy from them again. We usually go to Home Depot but found better service and quality from Lowes.
