We are soooo happy and pleased with Direct Overhead Doors! Rob has been a pleasure to work with and made the process smooth and easy. From the moment we called him for a quote he showed up the next day, was professional and had lots of options to choose from. The garage was installed today and we already received compliments from 3 neighbours! You can’t even hear the garage open that’s how quiet it is. Can’t say enough nice things, they even took our old garage door and left ZERO debris. Our garage came with: 16x7 door, insulation, clear windows at the top, 12” tracks, they caped the frame with heavy gauge aluminum, high cycle Torison springs to name a few and not to mention how high quality the opener itself is... super quiet, came with 2 handheld remotes, a keypad and is wifi capable from our phone.

Aiman was very professional and thorough in his service. He explained in detail what he would be doing and even showed me a video of what was actually in my ducts. He went over and beyond his job and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I will definitely be recommending him again in the future ! Thank you Aiman :)
