Caused Damage and Don't stand behind work
I have never had such a poor experience with a furnace company. Avoid this one at all costs. Literally any other one is better. We hired these guys to clean our furnace and ended up with a crack in our ceiling at one of the heating vents they cleaned. The ceiling was professionally finished 4 years ago and we have had no issues with previous furnace cleanings and no cracks anywhere else. Minutes before they arrived I checked the vents and there were no cracks. While they were cleaning I went down and looked and immediately saw the crack. It starts right at the register that they were working on. They denied it was them and it got passed up to one of their owners named Dave. Apple does not fall far from tree as he denied it as well and we are stuck with a repair bill from their damage. His exact words were I have never cracked a ceiling in 10 years of doing this so it would not have been from us. All Dave wanted was pictures of the damage and did not offer to come out and look at it in person. I spoke to a drywaller who has been doign this for 25 years and we were told it absolutely could be from them accessing the vents by pulling or pushing on them too hard. They do not stand behind their work. Very sloppy and messy and glad we purchased a new furnace elsewhere as their service is horrible. Go elsewhere you will regret using them. This could have all been made right but they refused to send anyone out and just denied it was them. Only after this review was posted did they offer to send out a "professional" to have a look. We have already hired someone to repair it after they made their decision that they would not be responsible based on the picture. In the end instead of being out a few hundred dollars for repairing their work I now hope others read this and take their business elsewhere.

We do understand how frustrating a situation this is for a homeowner but name calling will never result in a work with scenario. When we are at fault for damage that has been done due to our work, we absolutely will take responsibility for that damage (as we are in the construction industry damage does occur from time to time) but in this case we consulted with a drywaller with years of experience and from the photos, his professional opinion was if the initial drywall work was done correctly, it is not possible to create the kind of damage that you are claiming.
We absolutely would have come to your home with our expert to review the damage claim but the confrontational conversation from the outset made that impossible.
I have left you a voicemail to see if we can salvage this situation and come to your home to review the claim for damage. Please feel free to call me if you would like to arrange a meeting. Donna
