My contractor arranged this work for us. They started my new garage ceiling foam work on Saturday, October 19. Made a mess of garage walls with foam pieces and foam particles all over and left foam pieces on floor. Did not have enough foam to finish the job! Had to come back to finish the next day. Came back next day on October 20. Did the work not up to standard of R31 required. It was supposed to be at least 5". Some areas only measured only 3" and even 2". None of the foam sprayed inside any trusses were evenly sprayed. Did not even spray foam around plumbing pipes which were supposed to be common sense and was required in the job and they left!! Of course, it failed the Building Department Inspection. Did not show up on appointment scheduled. Did not come back to fix their unprofessional and non-qualified work until more than FIVE weeks later, on Monday November 25th. Messly sprayed a bit of top-up foam and left. Messed up my things left in garage with foam particles & even left foam on wall. Still NOT pass the Building Department inspection AGAIN as some areas still only got 2" or 3" foam!! Told them about their deficiencies. I was told that it's not their business; I should contact my contractor!! I paid my contractor $12,500+ for the whole garage project insulation & garage ceiling foam insulation is part of it. Although they did not tell me how much my contractor paid them, and refused to give me a copy of the receipt, how could such basic job requirement of, as simple as, R31 cannot be done in FIVE weeks over THREE visits!!! Would a professional company offer such kind of service and end products no matter how much they charged?? PERIOD!!

Approximate cost of services:
$12,500.00
