Joanne at the Hamilton office was my point person for customer service and she was excellent to deal with. Their customer service and communication in booking our first site inspection at our home, the quotation for all work, all follow up communication was exceptional. Joanne was on point and very helpful whenever I had any questions. The work crew on day of installation was on time, work efficiently, the workmanship was neat and tidy and the space was left clean.
