I am extremely pleased with the quality of the basement renovations completed at my home. Beautiful fireplace, bar and all interior finishing. Needed a new roof after 16 years in a new house. Looked around in my neighborhood at what my neighbors had installed, had a variety of roofs from metal, clay and asphalt. Also, asked 5 different neighbors for references. Smart Roofing was a name that came up several times with enthusiasiam and satisfaction of workmanship. Once I called (Jerry) of Smart Roofing he attended my home within three days of contact, discussed the roof condition throughly estimated the cost, determined a start date. The entire job was done in the time specified with no extra charges. The roof and eavstrough have enhanced the appearance of my home and was completed in an efficient and workmanlike manner. Thank You
