Texted about getting a quote and got a return text within minutes. Steve the owner asked what I wanted in a carpet and gave some advice. Jason the installer came with samples and to measure within days. Steve called later that day with quote and when I would like it installed. Very easy going with no pressure. Had it installed today. They used very thick quality underpad and it looks and feels luxurious. I am very pleased with the price and quality of materials and workmanship. I would highly recommend them.
