Basic Home Improvement quoted me the best price for all the work I need done around the house; work was done on time; workmen were knowledgeable and very professional; clean up around the house was excellent; workmanship of the job was evident. If I ever need any other renovations I would most definitely call this company again.
Father and son team....excellent service from start to finish.....any metal cutting that had to be done was done outside and residue picked up; they laid mats down in house where ever they walked; when the job was finished, the basement looked cleaner then when they started; polite and very professional. Mr Bergeron is certainly teaching his son excellence in customer service. When I bought the furnace through Sears, I had already heard good things about Gloucester Heating and specifically requested that they install it. When job was finished I phoned Sears also to praise their work but I am glad to be able to write a review that other potential customers can see. You will be pleased with their quality workmanship and service.
