As a first time homeowner finding some issues with plumbing, I was worried that the plumber would give me a scary bill (have heard some scary stories!). Lino was the third plumber we contacted regarding this issue. I was quite impressed that he asked for pictures and videos describing the issue in detail and he gave a good quote. He came on time and was very thorough and patient in assessing the situation and explaining the fix to us. He cleaned up without leaving any messy debris behind. He was also very friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, Lino would be our first option for any future plumbing work we may have (though I hope we wont have any!)

I hired them for a move in cleaning including interiors of the cabinets and appliances. Aline was very responsive, came on time and was very friendly. She did a great job of thoroughly cleaning the place. The only thing I wish was done a bit better was the polishing of the hardwood floor - she tried her best, but I should have supplied a polishing liquid to make it look good. Overall - I would recommend this cleaner and Aline to everyone. If I have a future cleaning job, she would be my first choice!
