We acquired home inspection services provided by Boris and he was absolutely exceptional! My wife and I recently purchased a home which was in the process of being renovated. Boris first inspected the home at mid-renovation to bring key areas of concern to the attention of the contractor, and revisited once renovations were completed to ensure all concerns were addressed and renovations were completed to our level of satisfaction. Boris inspected every single crack and crevice of the space and uncovered some issues that never would’ve been identified if it wasn’t for his immaculate attention to detail and commitment to the service he provides. More specifically, he found potential areas of concern pertaining to mould in the attic and behind the kitchen counters (both of which were not visible to us). I cannot thank Boris enough. His thoroughness is unmatched and we are genuinely fortunate and grateful to have him service our home. Anyone looking for home inspection services should look no further. More importantly than the service itself, Boris provides peace of mind, which in my personal opinion, is priceless.
