11/3/2019 My experience with my recent move across Canada was the worst experience. I only had a small load to move because I only wanted to move valuable items, out of the 5 large furniture items moved - 4 were damaged. They assured me their packing would protect my furniture. You can definitely tell that they dropped, dragged and mistreated my belongings. The customer service was not great either, they arrived late, never showed for appointments, didn't not call back for several days. I have moved several times using 2 other companies and never had any issues. If I knew how they were going to treat my furniture it would not have been worth me moving it. Very disappointing. They are taking their time and not really doing anything. Btw if you don’t have a receipt don’t let them touch it as it’s the only way to make a claim.
