We ordered black metal fence and gates from Jay Fencing to be installed ourselves. Everything was in stock, delivery was fast and the price was great for a good quality product. Having never installed metal fencing before, we didn't know how hard it would be, but we were provided with all the parts we needed and it was relatively easy. Natalie was helpful throughout the planning stages and we are very happy with the finished product.

We ordered kitchen stools with clear stain, they did a great job on the finish and we are happy with the quality. It took a few weeks to get done, but worth the wait.

They had to make the counter twice because of a very small crack in the middle, but called first to ask where the sink was going to be installed in case we were cutting that area out anyways and didn't want to wait for a remake. I appreciated this gesture, and the responsiveness.

Adams has the a great variety of stone for good prices, and their staff were very helpful when we were picking out which stone to use for our patio. I will definitely go back to them first if we need stone for any other projects. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my panasonic microwave to get it repaired at Metro Karges last year after it stopped working and started smoking. They fixed it within a week and I felt the charges were appropriate. We had another problem with it afterwards and when I took it back to have it looked at again, they did a quick repair and there was no charge. Although it was inconvenient to not have to bring it in twice for repair, I was glad that they could fix it and that I did not have to spend $800 on a new microwave. We have not had any trouble with it for over 6 months now.

I recently had all of my carpets cleaned in my home. I called AAA on Monday and they were out Wednesday! We had originally made our appointment for 1PM but they bumped it up to 9am for us so that the carpets would dry better. Jeff, who did the cleaning, was very clean-cut and professional looking, and we are very happy with the results. All of our carpets look like new and the added stain resistant coating they put on works great. We live 20 minutes outside of Waterloo and they did not charge extra for the travel. I would recommend them to anyone!

We needed a new front door for our 6yr old home because the people who built the house used brass fittings and inlays on the door while the house has all pewter fixtures. We had been previously quoted almost $5000 by a contractor to replace the door, frame and sills because he said that there is no way you could just replace the door. Apparently he said that a new door would not fit in an existing frame. We had been to several other places to get a quote on just replacing our door to no avail. We could not even get people to email us a quote. Finally we went to Dan's and talked to who I assume is "Dan" himself, who told us, no, we should be able to just buy a standard stock door and hinges for $300 and install it ourselves and it should fit just fine. He was right. Our new door fits perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. He not only saved us a ton of money but actually knew what he was talking about.
