GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH ALLIANCE ALUMINUM EXTERIORS. My experience with Alliance Aluminum Exteriors and its President, Gabe, was EXCELLENT from start to finish. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Gabe keeps his promises and provides great customer service. The following list represents a few examples: • He arrived on time to give his estimate for the work. • He sent his quote on a timely basis and his pricing was fair. • When I was ready to commit to the work, he arrived with the contract and closely reviewed the work that needed to be completed to ensure that everyone was in agreement with the scope. • The work was completed at the end of October 2019 during difficult weather conditions. Gabe was always in communication with me to advise when the various stages of the work would be completed and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and well. • The work was completed before the snow started to fly in Toronto. Great timing! • Minor deficiencies were identified upon project completion and Gabe made sure that they were quickly remedied. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP Alliance Aluminum’s workmanship was excellent. They installed quality vinyl siding, aluminum fascia, soffit and eavestroughs at the house that have made a real difference. The house now has some curb appeal! All of my neighbours have been very complimentary of Alliance Aluminum’s work. The building is on a downtown street where there is not much room between the houses. The access was difficult and the third level is very high. Execution of the job was tricky and there were many details to consider. Gabriel and his team were very attentive to detail and the final result was great! STRONGLY ENDORSE I strongly recommend Alliance Aluminum Exteriors for a Great Customer Experience.
