Great service and help from Morganne at Monarch Flooring. I had excellent advice and the timeframe was faster than promised. I have a beautiful installation and am delighted with the carpet and vinyl plank flooring. The basement needed levelling and Monarch arranged for a finish carpenter to complete the window trim and door installation along with the baseboards. It was incredibly smooth and Morganne kept me in the loop during the installation itself.
