After obtaining 5 other quotes, all much higher I had settled on one painter who then pulled out because he found a larger more profitable job. No such issue with Jake who showed up for the estimate as scheduled and did the job on the agreed upon date. The whole operation flowed seemlessly from colour selection to execution of the actual job.
