This was the second renovation that we had with Grand Building & Contracting. We had the living room, dining room, hallway, kitchen, and bathroom renovated. All the trades’ people were very professional. Adam from Grand Building monitored the renovation very closely. He was helpful in providing assistance in selecting flooring, tiles, counter top, and paint colour. He always informed us when trades were coming and what work was to be completed. He inspected the finish work and in a few cases he noticed things that we did not and he would ask the trades people to re-work some of these. The duration of the renovation was quick and the cost estimate was on track. In the future if we need any other renovation I will call Grand Building.

I had my basement bathroom totally renovated by Grand Building and Contracting Limited. Adam from the company managed the complete renovation and his teams were experts in their field. His team provided excellent ideas and their workmanship was exceptional. During the project Adam always contacted me to inform me on the schedule. Adam was very pleasant to deal with. The project was completed in a short time and within budget. I would definitely recommend Adam and his company for any building or renovation project.
