I must say that I was very impressed with the service that greenland provided my family. We had never moved very far always with in Durham, ON and I was not sure what to expect. my new employer who was helping us with our relocation suggested greenland Vanlines. they are very friendly and have some of the best customer service I have come across in a long time! kudos for that, it is very hard to find people who actually care and take time to explain every detail to my many, many questions!! so BRAVO! we were offered a free in home estimate, they sent out a very nice man named Sam (I believe) what a pleasure he was also. my move went very smooth the movers were very polite and helpful. all of my belongings were held in their storage for 2 weeks free of charge. the one thing that really suprised me is when I received my final balance there were no hidden charges and the estimate was pretty much on point. Needless to say i will be using them again if we move back home. I will also be sending my friends their way!
