we trusted and gave a cash deposit of $600 for the whole house window covering job of $4200 and he provided 25 years guarantee on merchandise, mechanism. Several time, approx. 7-8 times in 6 weeks, we called left messages, he would not return call back & and at that point we thought our deposit is lost . finally he said he is coming on certain date, we waited & he never came. He finally came after 2 1/2 months and installed all blinds BUT he realized he made a mistake on one window and promised that he will come back replace it with new one. We waited and called him another 8-10 times but he never came back and fixed his own mistake!!!! That 25 year guarantee he gave me order was a fake one as you can never get hold of him once he got his full payment!
