In a field you wouldn’t assume partners would be particular and exact, David and his team broke the stereotype. They did the best they could to save what could be salvaged and took the time to separate and recycle materials that could be. His team was always on time, he was flexible with changes and they took time to ask questions before breaking things down. Demo Nation removed the third floor addition and deck and did selective demo on the second floor on my 150 year-old house in Cabbagetown. I would hire him again in instant.
