We were so pleased with the clear communication and high quality of work that Kirby provided through A Glass Act. We recently renovated our home and had the exterior painted. Unfortunately, the painters did not cover our windows properly, which resulted in green paint over spray on our brand new windows and window frames. Kirby was able to determine how to remove the paint from both the windows and the frames. He provided us a quote and clearly outlined how he would approach the work. Some of the paint was stubborn to remove, and he worked diligently until the surface was perfectly clear. He is professional and thorough in his work, and the result is that our windows and frames look brand new again. We are thrilled! He was also provide education and suggestions on how to remove paint from our deck rails and how to maintain our windows. The final job was the same price as the quote, and we are extremely happy. We would highly recommend Kirby and will hire him again.
