Trent, who came to check our furnace and change the filter, was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what he had done and answered some questions I had about the furnace and the thermostat. He asked if I might be interested in finding out about the water heaters that are available at Handy Bros. He explained the benefits of owning the water heater (or renting it from Handy Bros) and was not pushy at all. He is a great representative for Handy Bros// thank you
