Responded quickly to request then arrived within time to service our dryer. Replaced heater and made sure the vents and unit was fully cleaned. Even changed door opening to opposite direction, something we have wanted to do but were unable to remove one screw.

Mark responded very quickly to the request. Three firms were contacted and he had completed the job before we were even contacted by the second firm. The third firm never did contact me. The issue was as it turned out rather minor and Mark was able to correct quickly as a consultation. Mark is professional in his approach and is a very personable individual to deal with.
