Concord arrived on time and immediately proceeded to "sell me" Scotch Guard" protection. When the job was completed, The following day I noticed a large stain in the living room. I called and they sent out the same person who mumbled about some stains not being removeable. He worked on the stain and left. I again called Concord asking to speak to the manager. I was told he was "busy" but would call me back. Needless to say that never happened. Use this company but don't expect professionalism. They don't know the meaning of the word.
