Our whole experience with Crystal Drain was just excellent: pricing was reasonable, high quality work, informative, neat, organized and efficient crew: Troy, Grzegorz, Ihor, Dmytro and Alex. Our house is 66 years old and all clay pipes under the basement were replaced, including the old clay pipe that connects house to a city sewer line, following all quality information we were given by Troy who used camera to show me the state of old clay pipes. Due to a damaged old weeping tile sum pump was installed as a financially more efficient solution which showed great results. This past august we hired Saul and Sod Masters , and, following their great job, our lawn looks just great and is one of the best in the neighborhood! What impressed us and what set Saul apart from others is his ability to communicate all relevant details about the progress , timing was great and as promissed, the quality of work was very professional, the price was competitive, and the entire crew, Saul, Tom, Arthur, Brandon, Connor, James and Kevin, was professional and fun. They were at our property for a day and a half and we got to know them well: hard working, always smiling and ready to address any of our questions.
