Manny's the man. Good at explaining matters to a first-time homeowner. Prices were right on - we shopped around before settling on him. Communication was excellent. It was hard to get other drain/waterproofing to even come see my place/provide quotes in a timely manner. He even fills out all the forms for the municipal rebates etc for you, so you just have to pop them in the mailbox.

Rafael started a reno on our basement (plus replacing all the knob and tube in our house) just before the pandemic hit - and he managed to keep it going safely and complete it basically on time despite all the craziness in the world and with suppliers. We were living with an older family member through it all, so Rafael or his team even picked up certain items for us that would normally have been our responsibility and came to pick up payments where we were living while the reno was going on. We're very happy with the workmanship and the results. When there was a problem, Rafael solved it. I'd recommend his company to anyone.
