We were redoing our room after our daughter moved out, and we needed bed space that took up the least amount of room possible. After calling a number of places, Chap de Laine said they had a number of options that might work for us. We drove down and the sales staff were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We purchased exactly what we needed and delivery was very simple and free.

An electrolux vacuum used for a local cafe had a broken beater. We visited the store and were told it would take a day or two to complete the repair. We dropped it off expecting a quick turnaround. Seven days later we received the beater and had experienced several frustrating attempts to reach the store without positive results.

We were price shopping for supplies for the tiles and the base for a patio we were constructing. Amherst Supply had the best prices and a variety of materials to choose from. They had supplies that you needed to measure and plan out this home-based project, and staff who were accommodating. We made special delivery arrangements and the patio has really been solid.

I was searching for a glass jar to brew kambucha at home. It needed special features, like a wide mouth. I tried about 5 places before the Greenfield Farmer's Cooperative. Staff were very helpful in trying to find all of the various possible containers that might fit my needs.

I went to Wilson's after the holidays looking for a French Press coffeemaker. I found three models to choose from, but the model in my price bracket was a funky color, but fun color. It was within my price range. Several days later, I came upon a sale at a different store for a much less expensive but not as high quality product, and needed to go with that. Returning the product was fast, efficient, and comfortable experience. Staff were very accommodating--just remember to have your receipt. Their kitchenware department is awesome.
