My dryer started squealing. The next day Rick came out, took a look, immediately knew what was wrong, was straightforward, did the repair quickly and cleaned up. I really appreciated how easy he made it. Would recommend him!

We met with 4 contractors, Patternlock being the last. Compared to the others, they understood what we wanted, and suggested a lighting solution that was exactly what we were needed. Jeff worked with us to draw up a plan that was within budget AND achieved our goals with a beautiful design! Jeff's 3D drawing was amazing and really sealed the deal for us. The crew worked very efficiently, and were polite, friendly, and respectful. They finished the work quickly but with attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship! They all really took pride in their work and it showed. It was a pleasure having the crew around for the 3-day job (which other contractors said would take 7-14 days!!) We will 100% be asking them back to do some more projects over the next couple years.
