I would just like to compliment Russell at Silverline for the excellent job in servicing and then arranging for the replacement of my Schlage keypad lock which was working Intermittently. Although it was out of warranty, he contacted the supplier and was able to get them to provide a replacement thus saving me the hassle of contacting Schlage directly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Silverline again.
