The sales agent was knowledgeable and install person excellent. I was 100% satisfied with the final product which was installed on time, without problems and old carpeting removed. This company has earned my respect as I can be picky, and they were patient, answered my questions and did an excellent job.
Complete cut out of patio door into our house, where a window was before and new side door. Satisfied with sales and install work and products from start to finish. After the service sale was excellent--through no fault of own came back to look at a problem, and within a day fixed to 100% satistfaction. Would recommend.

From sales to installation we've used this company twice and have had a great overall experience. Satisfied with price, quality and durability. Definitly a high rank for customer servise. Would definitly go back. (Update: heard our saleperson moved to a competitor which is too bad but would still go to this company but would also check out the competiion.
I had them install their security panels on the side front door glass panels and basement windows. haven't had a problem with the material in 8 years now. Great job
