This company cleared my snow this past winter. They came as promised and did a thorough job of snow clearing and shovelling of my walkways and also my back deck.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Perhaps come a little earlier in the evening
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

This company arrived at the appointed time, did the work as promised and finished on time. The staff were clean, placed plastic from the door to the area they were working in and sealed it all the way as well as sealed up doorways, etc. to keep any dust to a minimum. Actually, there was no clean-up on my part required at all. I found the staff to be very pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend them at any time.
