We contacted Go Heating to investigate a leak that we were experiencing in our kitchen. When they got here they explored and found what seemed like a likely cause and quickly fixed it. However Brad felt that there was probably another source of water and did some more exploration. What we found was a bit of a nightmare and not what any homeowner wants to experience; there were multiple leaks and a few sections of wall that were hard to get at were entirely waterlogged and moldy. Joel had a look and put together a very reasonable estimate and came back the next day to take care of the problems. Over the course of two days they found at least four leaks and fixed them all, installed a new water softener, removed a lot of moldy drywall and installation, and safely aired out the area with the water problem. They also prepped me with information to give to framers to repair the walls, which was outside of the scope of what Go could provide. I can't recommend them enough; they were knowledgeable friendly and they took care of us. Whenever we have an HVAC problem or a plumbing problem we will be going back to them. I've marked myself as extremely likely to recommend this company partially because I've already done so to someone.
