After having an issue with my air conditioner I first call one the large companies recommended on Homestars (not H&R) that tried to sell me a new AC and a commit to a monthly service plan (very costly). I called H&R for a second opinion and Rafi explained it could be fixed for a significantly Lower cost. I appreciate H&R workmenship and their honesty and would definitely use them again for future work.
