Our table was damaged and J.R. West Ltd came to take the table leaf to repair. The leaf was retuned with the damaged repaired, but with new damage. When asked about it he initially stated it was like that when he picked it up and was only hired to fix the reported repair. When confronted he then admitted to trying to fix a separate problem on the leaf to do us a favour which in turn caused the new damage. This repair used glue which caused new damage when it dried. Even after admitting it was his fault he refused to take the leaf back for repair. The table looks terrible and anytime we have guests someone points it out even when its covered by a table cloth.
