Punctual, and arrived when they said they would; appointment was completed in the estimated timeframe. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Taught me how to change the furnace filter, as well as recommended timeframes in between filter changes to prolong the timeframe until duct cleaning requirement. Felt a difference in the air quality afterwards, when heat is being distributed throughout the house.
