Buildaholics constructed a large detached garage for us, 22 x 24 ft. Dave was a pleasure to work with from the first call to project completion. His design experience and knowledge of building codes made the planning stage a pleasure. When we discovered that the existing concrete pad was flawed, the adjustment of cost to tear it out and pour a new pad was reasonable. Dave is easy to contact and communicates clearly. In my 30 years of home ownership, I haven't had a better contractor. Dave is a gem!
