Great, efficient, responsive, reasonable service. He bought the hardware based on some photos I texted, keeping me updated on his ETA until he arrived. Showed up in mask and gloves (this was during the Covid pandemic), worked quickly and efficiently, communicated well, went above and beyond in testing one of my dinners in order to replace it with a better one. Overall terrific job.
