Vlad always did a top notch job. Great prices,knowledgeable, professional. Sorry to see that some have not been satisfied. Yes he was very busy as he was in demand however over the 8 or so years he worked for us we realized that he may have to reschedule appointments sometimes for a while but I was ok with it as he is a small business with great pressures. I do believe that he may have had to go back home for family matters but I do believe that he will resurface and make things right. My roof and eaves look great. He is very skilled and is multi talented. Was looking for him to do the soffits and found these reviews. So figured I should give my experience as he helped and guided us a great deal and usually when your satisfied you dont normally do reviews. He did many jobs for us over the years and each was priced individually. So I am entering just $100 for the review. We always did deposits and he always completed the work. We found him to be extremely trustworthy. Hoping that he is ok health wise and will return if he had to go back home for family matters.

Bill fixed an area in my basement that was affected by a drain back up-dry wall and paint and in the same area the toilet upstairs was leaking and caused extensive damage to the ceiling below. Bill and his co-worker were absolutely amazing. you can't even tell that the ceiling was damaged. and the ceiling had many contours that he re-created. and the price was very fair. Bill was very professional and we are extremely happy with his work.
