Malcolm is a true artisan with great knowledge and expertise in wooden floors. He refinished our main floor impeccably, leaving it better than when we first had it finished 17 years ago. And the piece de resistance was our staircase. As a labour of love, he fixed creaking and some gaps in the risers and then refinished the gumwood typical of Westdale (Hamilton) to the highest standards. The natural grain he was able to expose and celebrate by his work is a thing of beauty. He was also on time and on budget. Very professional.
