I have used Paint Master on three occasions in the last couple of years to paint the interior of my rental properties and my own home. I have finally found a company that is not only reasonably priced, but consistently does a proper job! These guys do not cut corners (no pun intended. They actually cut corners very well). From preparing the walls to the finishing touches, they do the job well. I am very happy with them and will definitely continue to hire them in the future.

Asked for a 'service call' to diagnose problem with microwave oven and provide estimate to repair. Cost for this was $80. Diagnosis was mother board electrical problem, and cost to repair a whopping $280 plus parts, another several hundred (which seems to be the norm with this company). I bought a new microwave for $250 and got it installed for $135 by a different company.

I obtained several quotes to tear down a wall and build a new one with double doors, as well as replace four hollow doors with solid doors. The whole procedure was uncomplicated, well done, and very well priced. José and his team take pride in their work, which is a rare thing these days. Based on their good work and their price, I have also contracted them to install a kitchenette and renovate a bathroom.

Greg brought the wrong color stones, one of the sizes was missing, he did not put the border we had agreed on, did not install a paver edge (support) between the path and the plant bed, did not seal the space between the stones, and he dumped the soil any which way. Then he had the temerity to ask for more money! This was nine months ago. Now the path is heaving on one side and the stones at the edges are lifting and separating. I sent photos to him, and he denied all of it, when it was all clearly shown in the photos. I told him he was blind or ignoring the problem, and because of that, he accused me of being rude. Needless to say, it's the last time I use this company.

I had to convert my basement into a self-contained apartment including a below grade entry, full kitchen, and ceiling insulation. Jose gave me a quote on the spot, the lowest among three that I obtained, and he began and finished the job exactly within the time promised. He has his own crew, which made it much easier to deal with and any issues or adjustments were taken care of easily and effectively. Every member of the crew is extremely obliging, and the quality of the work quite satisfactory. They just finished, and I have already recommended them to a friend!
