I needed an indoor railing around the stairs to the basement as well as an exterior gate for my backyard entrance. I got a few quotes and looked at a few samples but decided to go with Art Metal Workshop because they took the time to come to my house, survey the area and do the measurements themselves. I thought that was very professional compared to the other companies who just wanted me to give them my measurements and give me a quote based on that. Art Metal's price was also competitive. There was a short delay with my project, which was understandable because of all the covid supply chain issues. However, Art Metal kept me informed. Both the railing and gate were installed yesterday and I could not be any more pleased! They look wonderful, the measurements were precise and the installers were good, fast and professional. Lastly, today, Art Metal reached out to ask me how the installation went. I liked how they asked how the installation went and didn't bring up the balance I owed until I brought it up myself. I definitely enjoyed working with Art Metal and I definitely recommend them!

Egor and Ivan were very professional and easy to talk to. The process of getting a quote was quick and easy and there were no hard sales tactics. The price they gave was very competitive. The installation went very well and took just a day. Caulking was done inside and out and there was very little painting and repair we needed to do on the drywall surrounding some of the windows. At the end of the day, they took away the old windows and garbage and cleaned the whole work area. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
