This was a major purchase for me and I was extremely impressed by the level of service, knowledge and expertise of Ward and his son. Ward responded quickly to my initial inquiry and continued to provide informed answers to all my questions and recommendations that were very helpful. The installation was completed without any problems. Ward and his son arrived on-time and worked quickly and efficiently.
