My balcony needed to be replaced due to rotted wood, and chose Bildam based on reviews on the Homestar website. I couldn't have made a better choice for the job. From the first meeting with Adam to the completion of the work by Bill and his crew, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The requirement of the design, work. timing and costs were clearly established prior to the start of the job with no fear of unknown factors coming into the process. In my experience, I find Adam and Bill to be unique individuals who perform timely quality work, and can't help but be impressed by the way they work. At the end of each day, they cleaned the site as if the job was completed, and did little to interrupt my daily routine. I would not hesitate to use Bildam again.

Living room carpet developed a ridge in recent times. The carpet has been there for about eight years, so it was decision time, whether to replace it or find someone that could fix it. The room is not used a whole lot and the carpet is a good quality product and is not worn. Spoke to Mark at Victorious and he came out and inspected the problem and assured me that he could stretch the carpet to remove the ridge, and there was no need to replace the carpet. Al came out, arrived at the appointed time, and fixed the problem completely. Have never done business with Victorious Flooring before, but I now know who to call if I need them in the future.
