We wanted someone to fix our dishwasher ASAP, on the same day, but we weren’t sure if we could find anyone to come on such short notice. Jack got here after a few hours, diagnosed the problem, explained us the problem, had the replacement parts on the truck, and fixed it all in about 60 minutes. Such a nice guy.
