Worst customer service EVER!!! The guy is just rude, irresponsible and lazy. He didn't keep his promisers, didn't show up for appointment and never called back. Please, please, please don't waste your energy and valuable time to this company. I wasted more than a week. He promised to call back. He didn't. I called back. Twice. I gave the guy a benefit of a doubt. He finally made an appointment with me Tuesday afternoon and did't show up. I called back again. He sounded tired and irritated on the phone and said that he was way too busy to come. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

We have chosen Afshin because of his 10 star rating on this web site and we are glad to say that our choice was right! He arrived on time, even 10 min earlier and was ready for us to start. First he described all the process we will be going through and he also told us that he will be available at the later date for the follow up advice/suggestions. Painstakingly he went around the house pointing at the problems, taking pictures, making notes. I'm very peculiar about water damage problems and he has a special tool which measures moisture at the walls and other surfaces - I liked that! Even though we are not first time buyers, still there were a few issues we would never notice ourselves. Probably saved us lots of money at the end, if a problem noticed and fixed at the early stage it's much cheaper. We would certainly recommend Afshin as he is honest and hardworking man.
