Paid in advance but contractor failed to complete the job, holes/bubbles in the concrete and did not remove the scrap concrete slabs as agreed upon. Called contractor several times; it is the 3rd week now; keep on promising but job is not done. Very unreliable. Do not use this contractor unless you want to be frustrated and be aggravated on bad job.
