The job involved restoring a bedroom ceiling where the paint had peeled off a large section. Kev's Painting was hired to plaster the ceiling area and small cracks in the bedroom, bathroom and hallway on the second floor. Excellent attention to detail, cleanup, and willing to discuss and address our questions. The work was done in a timely and professional manner with minimum disruption and dust. We will be using them for future projects.

On Aug. 2014 Kings Valley came to do a walkway and patio. They cut underground cables despite us pointing out their location. We were told "we know what we're doing". We had to call cable repair, took 5 days to restore service, we had to complete the sanding of the stones ourselves because cable ran along side of the walkway. Upon completion of stone work, they assured us that the skids that the stones were delivered on will be removed in few days. The skids had been left in the middle of the drive. We have been leaving msgs for the past 2 months to remove the skids. J. has never returned any of our calls. Oct.20, spoke to A. and he assured us that it will be removed by the weekend. Called him again Oct.27 and he said this is low priority but it will be removed. J called back, rude, arrogant & argumentative. It's Nov. 5th and the skids still have not been removed. Extremely poor customer service. Money talked, cust srvc sucked.

We looked through several roofers for a complete shingle & eaves replacement on the house and garage.. One of which was obviously not interested in the job quoted an outrageous $12,000 for the bungalow we have. Manny approached his quote with professionalism in measurement & product and friendly explanation of all items. We became pros in what to look for in a roofing job. Manny and crew arrived on time and completed the job as contracted. He engaged us at several points to explain what had been accomplished and listened to our questions and concerns. All questions were addressed, explained and Manny performed extra cosmetic changes to satisfy our concerns without further charge. A great family run business. Give him the chance to quote your job and you will see the difference.

In March 2012 we had a home inspection on a house that we wanted to buy. The home inspector found suspicious insulation in the attic that could have been asbestos. Estimates given by the inspector was $300 for testing with 4 day turnaround. I found Angelina using google search. She was very friendly and reasured me to have the results within 24 hrs at one third the estimated cost. She personally picked up the sample and sent it out for testing. Within 24 hrs she delivered the results via e-mail as she had promised. She was very efficient and I would highly recommend her. Our real estate agent was so impressed that he took her information and will be using her services in the future.
